1.  Changes

1.1 Defective Goods

  If the defective goods reached the customer should contact SPINOSA DIAMONDS to solve the problem.

 If SPINOSA DIAMONDS concludes that the material should be replaced the customer must send the goods at their own postage. The defective products will be sent to SPINOSA DIAMONDS and once repaired or replaced will be sent back to the customer postage prepaid.

1.2. Changes

  If the change is due to an error on the client side (a mistake when ordering) it shall bear the cost of shipping plus 6 euros in administrative costs.

  In the event that the error was due to SPINOSA DIAMONDS, the customer would receive the goods requested no additional cost.

  To accept a refund both the product and packaging must be in perfect condition and with all the original content.  Also to be included in the shipment a copy of the invoice.

2.Returns

. If you consider that the product is not what I expected it would return the amount of proceeds minus shipping costs.  To do this you must contact us within 7 days of receipt of the shipment, ship the product properly packaged and postage prepaid to SPINOSA DIAMONDS.
